To get started, download this free video conferencing website - https://zoom.us Once you are an established student of mine, I'll send you my personal room number on zoom. There is where we will have our lessons.
Please only go to my zoom room a couple of minutes before your scheduled time, otherwise you might interrupt a lesson with another student.
If you are late for your appointment, your lesson will still end at the time it was originally scheduled.
If you miss your appointment for any reason and haven't given given me at least 6 hours notice in advance, you will forfeit any fees you have paid towards the lesson. The reason for this is because I have reserved this time especially for you. Another student may have wanted and paid for your time slot if it was available.
When we ‘meet’ for the first time, we will know if your computer connection is good enough for a lesson. If not, you’ll need to get a better computer or faster Internet connection in order to become my student.
Smart phones will not work for a lesson because I will be showing you lots of different things on my shared computer screen. You must have a computer that can open several pages at once.
If you live in the United States, I am happy to take your personal check for payment. However, there is a $25 fee for bounced checks. I will need to wait for your check to clear before we can proceed with another lesson.
